Returns & Exchange

We hope you are happy with your purchase, if any of the garments are not to your liking we ask you to follow the instructions below.

Customers are advised to examine goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event the goods are faulty or damaged when delivered please contact us immediately by e-mail within 48 hours. Quoting your order reference, invoice number and details of the problem for us to arrange an item exchange. 

Please take note of our return policy before placing your order to avoid any possible disappointment. All lingerie, swimwear and lingerie inspired wear is made to measure in our Hong Kong or Amsterdam atelier, our return and exchange policy is altered for this. If you need any assistance in finding the right size we ask you to kindly contact us before placing your order. We are happy to assist you with any questions you might have. Measurements supplied by the client are accepted on the condition that inaccuracies in the fit and specifications of the garment are the client’s responsibility. Therefore goods returned due to wrong sizing or choice cannot be refunded. Linda Elizabeth offers store credit in exchange for returned goods; made to measure sales are final, note that we do not give refunds and will not be accepting returns at this time.

In any case where you feel the received products you do not meet your expectations you may return within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie. All items must be returned in saleable and unused condition including their original packaging, receipt and labels still attached.

Please notify us by email and list your order number and reason of return. You can send this email to Goods must be dispatched to us within 14 working days of such notification. If either notification or dispatch extends beyond these time limits, your right to cancel will be revoked.

We ask you to return your parcel with registered post within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit. You will be fully responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs.

Store credit will be credited after your return has been processed and returned correctly as stated above. International duties and sale taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside of the EU and UK. We will keep you up to date through email and we remain at your disposal if you have any further questions. 

Linda Elizabeth holds the right not to issue an exchange or refund if this policy is not followed. We only accept returns of purchases if they are in sellable condition. We will not accept returns without its original tags, worn or soiled condition. In this case we will return the garments to you and you will be responsible for the shipping charges and administrative costs.

We recommend you always check upon receiving your package in the unlikely situation garments are missing damaged or soiled we ask you to report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain the packaging, receipt and leave labels attached we will arrange for the items to be exchanged for a replacement. If the return goods are found to be in perfect condition they will be redelivered to you. The delivery and administration will be charged to your credit/debit card.
